Kobalt in 2010 completed in excess of 700 residential units for rental markets. One of our most cost effective solutions to our clients has been the introduction of the Rent Roll Financial Solution which in essence makes each unit self financing.

- Client keeps full control of rental income at all times.
- Average fit out costs are spread over 5-6 months funded from the rental income.
How It Works- Kobalt supplies a show unit immediately for estate agent viewings.
- Once a unit is let Kobalt will provide a Turnkey fit out within 4 working days.
- Kobalt each month will raise an invoice for the amount received in rent on each unit/block/phase.
- This format will continue until amounts agreed are discharged.
- In some cases where large white goods or snagging is involved 20% pro-forma on project total may be required.
