RENTAL PLAN
The rental payment system is designed to offer developers with a large residential scheme, a financial solution where by an individual unit pays for its own fit out by way of rental income.
Kobalt Ireland will finance each fit-out for rental returns until the cost of each fit out has been has been repaid in full
PAYMENT PLAN
- Kobalt will finance all fit outs on your residential development scheme.
- Kobalt will provide a Show unit for estate agent viewing purposes which will be last to be let.
- Kobalt will manage and appoint multiple Estate agents to maximise tenant potential.
- Credit terms commence once each unit has been completely finished with tenant occupancy.
- Kobalt will receive two payments biweekly in each calendar month once first month’s rent has been received from tenant to client account.
- Rental Payments received will be detailed monthly on Kobalt statement which will indicate all invoices raised & payments received.
